At The Alpaca Guy, we are committed to providing high-quality Alpaca products and exceptional customer service. Please review our return policy carefully before making your purchase.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

 

• Hosiery (socks, tights, leggings, etc.)

• Any item that has been opened or has damaged packaging

Returnable Items

Unopened, unused Alpaca products (excluding hosiery) may be returned within 30 days of delivery. All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

 

Return Conditions:

 

• Items must be in original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Refunds (minus the restocking fee) will be issued after the return has been received and inspected.

 

 

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us by email or phone prior to returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
